In the spirit of Spring-cleaning, Karma this month is excited to announce a series of key appointments. These high flying individuals will play crucial roles in spearheading Karma's globally minded missions over the coming decade. The Managing Director position is among the most strategic and we are honoured to report that it has been taken up by Michael Luible, a man whose vision is matched by his breadth of experience. Learn more in our lead interview. We also bring you a destination feature on Kerala, one of the most beautiful states in the Indian subcontinent and home to a new Karma Royal Group Resort. In his regular column, chef Simon Blaby asks a simple question...what would your very last meal be? He gets some surprising answers. With summer round the corner, we also have a feature on events and more specifically weddings and what makes them so magical at Karma.
May and June are shaping up to be eventful months, quite literally, with a special Champagne & Pearls dinner, a Rugby fitness weekend and new weekly happenings at Karma Samui to report on. The paparazzi would have had a field day over the last month or so too, with a slew of high profile celebrities choosing Karma. Lucky they don't exist here in Bali. In the Spa world, Judy Chapman reports on the latest predictions for the future of pampering and finds that Karma and K Spa are making that future happen now. Meanwhile, K-Boutique is about to launch a brand new line of Rugby jerseys, with a very special twist.
Add to this a new extremely hard to resist special offer and a raft of interesting articles in the world media and you have a bumper Spring edition of the Chronicles to browse at your leisure. We hope you enjoy.
