Karma Jimbaran celebrates it's ranking in the coveted number one position on Trip Advisor's Popularity Index for Jimbaran hotels, placing it first out of 22. Meanwhile, the Karma Resort Group continues it's expansion westward with the opening of Karma Bahamas on the pink sand paradise of Little Harbour Island and we also pause to remember those who still gravely need our assistance in another part of the Caribbean with our live Haiti benefit auction. KARMA RESORTS TO SUPPORT VICTIMS OF THE HAITI EARTHQUAKE WITH A LIVE ONLINE AUCTION

The damage from the earthquake tragedy in Haiti remains incalculable as thousands remain affected in the aftermath. As the most impoverished country in the western hemisphere continues to rebuild from the ground up, they still all the assistance we can offer them. We have decided to do our part by raising funds to aid relief efforts on the island and you can help us accomplish this goal.

Karma Resorts Worldwide has announced a live auction to benefit charities supporting the victims of the Haiti Earthquakes. The auction, already in effect and live on www.karmakandara.com, will be open to bidding until midnight, February 24, 2010. The winning bid will secure a 5 day, 4 night stay at any Karma Resort in Bali or Thailand and is valid for up to 6 people and includes an in-villa seafood BBQ, beachfront bale massage per person, continental breakfast and return airport transfers valued at USD$8000++. In addition, we’ve teamed up with renowned Australian jewellery designer Sophie Kyron, who has come up with an exclusive collection for Karma. The very first piece from this collection is being offered as part of this auction, all the proceeds of which will go to supporting the people of Haiti during this time of crisis.

To take part in the auction, simply logon to www.karmakandara.com and click on the auction widget to place a live bid. Once the auction closes on February 24th the winning bidder will be contacted by the reservations team at Karma Resorts to confirm their stay, based on availability, and take payment details. All proceeds from the winning bid will be donated to Hope For Haiti Foundation (www.hopeforhaitifoundation..com) supported by Children of the World (www.childrenoftheworld.us). Together, we can help the people of Haiti during this time of need.
