With Christmas less than 10 days away, our resorts in Bali and Samui are teeming with guests and the sense of festive excitement is palpable, despite the tropical context. There’s cause to celebrate too, as the world cautiously emerges from recession. For our part, we’ve created an action packed festive season schedule both for Bali and Samui – we highlight just a few of the happenings in our lead feature this issue. We also celebrate the appointment of the two exciting new chefs, Simon Blaby and Andreas Hoffmann that will be leading the culinary charge in Bali with a special interview that seeks to discover just what drives the two of them. From food to exercise – find out why you’ll be raring to try out the 300-odd steps on our new limestone cliff trekking route to and from Nammos (no, seriously!). We’re also proud to be sponsoring the England Rugby Sevens team once again – lucky guests who find themselves staying at our resorts at the same time will be able to get up close and personal with some of the game’s biggest stars.
Elsewhere, Karma chairman has been serving up some inspiration, both to his peers and the Karma team, the K-boutique continues its expansion, turning its attention to the little ones and Karma Spa continues to establish itself as the most holistic and complete spa brands in the region…
On behalf of myself and all of the Karma community, I’d like to wish you a very happy Christmas and a most fulfilling New Year.
