When you’re in the middle of Karma Kandara, surrounded by spectacular restaurants, swimming pools, bridges, bouganvillea-strewn pathways and of course the first class Kandara villa residences, it’s hard to remember that the resort is far from finished. In fact, Kandara continues to grow, with additional residences and facilities under development, which will enhance still further the unparalleled Karma experience.
According to Director of Design and Construction, Richard Manser, Phase 4 of Karma Kandara is fast nearing completion. Set on bluffs high above the Indian Ocean, this section of Karma Kandara features 11 villas, each villa has three bedrooms and a study, three villas have an additional lower floor junior suite complete with jaccuzzi. The master bedrooms have views to the ocean and over the Kandara resort. “Both timber and marble have started to arrive on site and floors are being laid in some of the villas, which are beginning to get a finished feel,” says Richard.
“The finessing of buggy paths has also commenced. The result gives the private and secluded feeling that was created in the first stage of the resort. It also affords the opportunity for surprise in the landscape, as the path meanders from villa to villa throughout the resort with different vistas at almost every point along the path.”
Richard is confident that the bulk of construction will be completed by the end of July, with furnishing commencing around the middle of July in time for a summertime introduction to yet another feather in the Kandara cap.
