Our Luxury and Decadence Department has been at it again and has concocted an evening of sublime sensory delight that simply is a ‘must do’ event. Teaming two renowned luxury brands in Moet and their Domain Chandon Vineyard in Australia, and Kailis along side the culinary artistry of Executive chef, Simon Blaby, di Mare Restaurant will offer guests a tantalizing four course dinner, with Champagnes and wines from both France and Australia to compliment each course.

The price, includes arrival cocktails and dinner with wines pairing. All diners will also have the chance to win some fabulous prizes, including Moet, Kailis Pearls and a night in one of the villas at Karma Kandara!
