At Karma Resorts, we understand how important a level of balance is to your overall wellness, therefore
as well as serving the best of chocolates this Easter, we’ll also be presenting a range of healthy alternatives.

Start your day with a selection from our “Energy Cuisine” menu, including energy boosting detox juices with all the organic nutrients to keep you feeling strong all day. Follow that with the freshest of fruits sliced
over a fibre rich cereal or a high protein egg-white omelette with roast cherry tomatoes.

If you feel you have enough will-power, then make your way to the gym for a cardio session.
Then again, if you think you might need a little push, we have the answer – Janine “Powerhouse” Parry!

Janine is a favourite at Karma Resorts and will be returning to Karma Kandara for Easter 2010.
As well as being a qualified personal trainer, Janine is a Punch-fit boxing instructor,
a Punch-fit kick-boxing instructor, a Spin cycle instructor and a circuit trainer.
Janine will be available for consultations each morning in the gym from 8.30am to 10.00am and again
in the afternoon from 4.30pm till 6.00pm – so, there is no need to feel guilty this Easter, enjoy it!

Once the torture is over, retire to the Karma Spa for an infra red sauna – great for dissolving cellulite!
Or choose a 60 minute traditional Balinese massage, or a Karma Rubdown to aid in circulation.
Yoga classes will also be available in the evenings to stretch and lengthen those hard working muscles.
